The following forms of payment are accepted: cash, check, or major credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, & Discover only). Please note that there is a 3% transaction fee applied on all credit and debit transactions.
NEW AUTHORIZATIONS
All new authorizations are submitted by your referring physician’s office, please contact their office to find out the status of the authorization. Please be aware, some insurances may take between 10-15 business days to process an authorization for any orthotic or prosthetic device. Our office will only be able to view authorizations that have already been submitted, pending, approved, or denied services to specifically our facility.
EXISTING AUTHORIZATIONS
Our office will be responsible for all approved authorizations that require code changes or time extension. Some insurances may take between 7-10 business days to reprocess the request. Our staff strives to obtain all appropriate documents and submit all paperwork in a timely manner to help ensure a speedy turn-around time.
