We provide cost-free evaluations. Any payments required will be based on your insurance coverage and specific device(s) ordered by your physician. Our staff will be able to provide an estimate of your coverage upon receiving copies of your Insurance ID(s) and Referral. For sooner appointment availability, please call for any last-minute openings or we also welcome Walk-ins!
