A PRESCRIPTION  FROM YOUR DOCTOR IS REQUIRED

BPOC requires a prescription or referral from your physician in order to receive any orthotic/prosthetic device. This is to ensure medical appropriateness of the device and ensure patient safety.  Although our clinicians are experts in O&P, and  we offer services to conservatively treat applicable diagnoses, we are unable to assign diagnoses to  patients.

Don't have a referral yet? Don't worry, schedule a consultation!    Give us a call at (661) 281-2127  to schedule a free assessment with a clinician. You will be guided to discuss possible orthotic solutions with your treating physician.

Please be aware, some insurances may take between 10-15 business days to process an authorization for any orthotic or prosthetic devices.

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you are a new patient or if it has been over a year since your last appointment with BPOC, pre-registration is required. You must bring the following items to receive services/products, without any of these items, we will not be able to help you.

  • Current insurance cards
