BEFORE YOUR VISIT
SCHEDULING & APPOINTMENTS

To Schedule an appointment, you can do any of the following:
If you cannot make your appointment or have missed a scheduled appointment, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule.

NOTE: Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to help shorten wait times. Thank you :)
A PRESCRIPTION (REFERRAL) FROM YOUR DOCTOR IS REQUIRED
In order to receive any services, you MUST have a prescription and/or approved authorization at your first appointment at our facilities. Don't have one? Don't worry! Usually these are faxed to us by your doctor after your visit with them, but please also bring any documentation given to you by your doctor to your visit. Feel free to give us a call at (661) 281-2127 should you have any questions on whether we have received a prescription from your doctor for your care.

Please be aware, some insurances may take between 10-15 business days to process an authorization for any orthotic or prosthetic devices.
